Our Warranty and Return Policy:
We at Myoptica want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We only sell optical products of the highest quality, and we work hard
to provide you with the most comprehensive information to help you choose
just the right magnifier for your needs. But just in case something
doesn't work out to your satisfaction, here is what we will do to make it right ...
Warranty Returns:
Every product we sell at Myoptica has passed many rigorous quality
control tests during manufacture, and has been thoroughly inspected
again immediately before shipment. In the very unlikely event that
an item you order from us is defective when you receive it, we will
immediately replace it if you notify us and return the defective
item per the instructions below (How to Return Products to Myoptica)
within 21 days. We will not charge you an additional fee to ship
the replacement product to you; you will only be responsible for
the shipping and insurance costs you incur when you return the
original product to us.
Zeiss provides a limited One Year Warranty covering defects in
labor and workmanship. It is not transferable.
Non-Warranty Returns:
What about returning items for reasons other than a product defect?
If you order a magnifier or monocular from Myoptica, and you find
that you need a higher or lower magnification product than the one
you received, just notify us and return the item in its original
condition, per the instructions below (How to Return Products to
Myoptica) within 21 days, and we will replace it with a different
model of your choice. When we receive the returned item, we will ship
out the replacement product, and we will issue a credit or enter a
charge to your credit card for the difference in selling price.
If you decide that you do not wish to keep a product you order from
Myoptica, and you notify us and return the item in its original
condition, per the instruction below (How to Return Products
to Myoptica) within 21 days, we will credit your card with the original
purchase price, less a restocking fee of 15%, or $25 per item,
whichever is less. We do not refund the original shipping
charges when an item is returned. You will be responsible
for the shipping and insurance costs you incur when you
return the product to us.
How to Return Products to Myoptica.com:
If you wish to return an item to Myoptica for any reason, you must
first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. To obtain
this RA, you may contact us by e-mail or by phone at the addresses
or phone numbers listed below (How to Contact Myoptica). Tell us the
order number which is printed on your packing slip, which item
you wish to return, and the reason for the return (defective
item, exchange for a different item, or return for refund).
We will issue you an RA immediately over the phone, or, if
you e-mail or leave a phone message after regular business
hours, we will get back to you with an RTN number within 1 business day.
THIS RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE PRINTED CLEARLY
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE IN WHICH YOU RETURN THE ITEM.
PLEASE NOTE: Myoptica CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED MERCHANDISE
WHICH IS NOT MARKED WITH A VALID RETURN TRACKING NUMBER.
Any package we receive without such a number will be marked
"REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER", and will be returned unopened to you at your expense by the shipper.
Once you receive an RA number, you are ready to pack the
item for return. We have found that the fastest and most
economical way to ship our products is by U.S. Postal Service Insured Priority Mail.
